Working
with the state
We provide products for the implementation of state and grant programs, including housing for IDPs and veterans: Social Rent and Rent with Purchase Option programs.

Implementing new construction standards
Based on German Vollert and Motus technologies, we produce precast iron and concrete structures that are 3-4 times faster and 30-40% lower in construction costs.

Implementing recycling technologies
We audit facilities for dismantling companies, provide specialized instructions on the procedure for dismantling and primary crushing of waste for further purchase for recycling.

We recycle waste
We use the patented German ReBeton technology, which has been finalized in innovative laboratories for Ukrainian realities. We help to implement such laboratories at enterprises.

We create recycled building materials
From recycled construction waste, we get clean crushed stone, which has a 25-30% lower cost and reduces the cost of creating structures.

We support construction and design companies
We train staff to work according to standards – design, installation, logistics, procurement and management of the necessary equipment, etc. We contact private and public customers.
